About Chad Miller
Husband to Bobbi Jo, and father to their 16-year old son, Hayden, Chad has been a quiet, behind-the-scenes supporter of Junior League of The Woodlands for over 20 years. Always offering advice, sharing skills, and showing up without complaint whenever called upon, Chad loves supporting JLTW events. He is a Little Black Dress Advocate using his social media platform to raise funds and awareness about poverty issues during the campaign, while also serving as an active volunteer with JLTW partner, The Giving Gown Foundation.
Seeing the impact volunteerism has on his community motivates Chad to continue serving. In addition to his support of Bobbi Jo’s JLTW involvement, he is actively engaged with the PTO and Instrument Guild at Kinder High School for the Performing Arts, where Hayden is a junior classical piano major. No stranger to parent volunteering, Chad was also involved with Northland Christian School’s PTO, Fine Arts Society and Foundation Board, where Hayden attended elementary school.
An executive in the advertising and publishing industry for nearly 20 years, Chad is the President of PaperCity’s digital division and a partner in their publishing company. In this role, he is able to give back to numerous charities by promoting events and covering the many good works of non-profit organizations throughout the community through digital media, print articles and a community event calendar on PaperCity’s website and social media channels.
Along with his family, Chad has volunteered with National Charity Roundtable, the Benders Landing Give Thanks Food Drive and The Will Herndon Research Fund. An honorary HOPE Committee member from day one, Chad met the Herndon’s when Hayden and Will were in pre-school together. Through the years, he has helped Bobbi Jo and the décor committee prepare for 11 HOPE Under the Stars events!
